The National Center for Campus Public Safety’s (NCCPS) mission is to bring together all forms of campus public safety, professional associations, advocacy organizations such as VTV, community leaders, and others to improve and expand services to those who are charged with providing a safe environment on the campuses of the nation’s colleges and universities. NCCPS promotes innovative practices specific to campus public safety efforts and develops comprehensive responses, resources and strategies. NCCPS delivers essential training and technical assistance to campus security teams, student affairs professionals and key stakeholders and coordinates resources germane to the safety of students and teachers.
